A family-owned leather workshop — owned, not brokered, run by people you'll actually know.

Behind EliteHeights Leather is a family-owned, Dhaka-based production operation specialising in finished leather goods — jackets, bags, wallets, belts and straps. This is the production engine — one workshop we answer for, with no subcontracting maze and no borrowed capacity.

On the floor

The workshop is the brand.

Clicking tables under daylight, artisans who have edge-painted and saddle-stitched for decades, hides selected grade by grade. This is what gets photographed — and what shows up in your container.

N° 01Specialisation

Finished leather goods, done properly.

The workshop is tuned for leather goods categories that reward precision in clicking, skiving, stitching and edge finishing — the crafts that define quality at retail. This isn't a generalist floor chasing every material type; it's depth in the things buyers reorder season after season.

  • Leather grades — full-grain, top-grain, pull-up, suede, nubuck, patent.
  • Tannage — vegetable, chrome, combination; ZDHC-compliant processes.
  • Construction — saddle stitch, edge paint & burnish, skiving, hand finishing.
  • Hardware — brass, gunmetal, antique brass; custom cast on request.

N° 02Compliance & audits

The paperwork your auditors will ask for is already done.

Selling into UK, EU and Australian retail channels means social, environmental and chemical compliance isn't optional. These certifications are held and maintained — not aspirational. Each certificate is current and independently issued — verifiable directly with the audit body, and shared in full with serious buyers.

N° 03Hide sourcing

Diversified, LWG-audited inputs — so a single tannery disruption never stops your order.

Hides are sourced from LWG-certified tanneries across South Asia and Europe — a deliberate spread that keeps lead times and grade availability stable when any one supplier wobbles. Responsible-chemistry programs run throughout, with ZDHC compliance at every wet-process stage.

  • LWG Gold / Silver tannery sourcing as standard
  • REACH / SVHC & chrome-VI restricted-substance testing
  • Vegetable tannage options available for natural, slow-fashion programs

N° 04How we work

The facts a sourcing manager needs before the price even matters.

No black boxes. Here is how a leather order actually runs — and exactly what you'll have in hand to take upstairs.

QC

Quality control we own

Inline and final inspection on our own floor, to AQL standards. SGS, Intertek and QIMA are welcome on the line at any stage. Defects are caught before goods board a vessel — a workshop problem, never your problem at the dock.

FOB

How a quote works

Send one style and a target. You get an indicative, category-specific FOB plus a sample plan — lead-time and MOQ matched to your program, not a headline number that falls apart on contact. Samples typically 14 days.

1d

One accountable line

Every message reaches Nehal directly, in native-fluent English, with a reply inside one business day — sample through to the vessel. No ticket queue, no broker relay.
